Yorktown High School

The Yorktown Cross Country squads competed at their lone HOME meet on Saturday; The Yorktown “Jim Leffler” Invitational. It was a celebration of all things Coach Leffler and Yorktown Cross County!! The Boys were invitational CHAMPIONS, placing all 5 scorers in the Top-20 individual finishers overall. Medalists for the Boys were Logan Fulton (3rd), Noah Scholtes (6th), Zion Lobdell (7th), Cody Lee (12th), Micah Brooks (19th) The Girls finished a very respecful team Runner-Up. They Lady Tigers also had all 5 scorers in the Top-20 overall finishers. Auden Turner led the team effort, finishing 8th. Followed by Isla Morrison (12th), Maggie Dragoo (13th), Josie Dragoo (16th), Skye Hellis (19th) Both squads next line up at the Hoosier Heritage Conference Championships at Blue River Park in Shelbyville on Saturday, September 27th.
